∶分析所略二级水电站卧式水轮发电机组轴承润滑油外循环冷却系统在机组运行过程中存在的严重安全隐患,结合电站的技改工程,通过研究和分析,从冷却器型式、润滑油泵供电、轴承座排油口结构等方面对机组轴承外循环冷却系统进行全面改造,从而提高了机组运行的安全稳定性。
∶分析所略二級水電站臥式水輪髮電機組軸承潤滑油外循環冷卻繫統在機組運行過程中存在的嚴重安全隱患,結閤電站的技改工程,通過研究和分析,從冷卻器型式、潤滑油泵供電、軸承座排油口結構等方麵對機組軸承外循環冷卻繫統進行全麵改造,從而提高瞭機組運行的安全穩定性。

The paper makes an analysis on serious safety risks existed in the bearing lubricating oil outer circulating cooling system of horizontal hydro-generator unit of Suolue-II hydropower station during the operation process.The safety and stability of operating unit was improved through overall innovation of the cooling system from the aspects of cooler type, power supply of lubricating oil pump and the structure of bearing seat oil discharge outlet etc.
