分析了锅炉烟气脱硫系统存在的氨水加入量过大、氧化空气量不足、带入系统的灰尘过多等问题及其原因;提出了相应的改进措施;总结了改进效果。结果表明:脱硫塔出口烟气中SO2含量由602 mg/m3下降至178.26 mg/m3。
分析瞭鍋爐煙氣脫硫繫統存在的氨水加入量過大、氧化空氣量不足、帶入繫統的灰塵過多等問題及其原因;提齣瞭相應的改進措施;總結瞭改進效果。結果錶明:脫硫塔齣口煙氣中SO2含量由602 mg/m3下降至178.26 mg/m3。
분석료과로연기탈류계통존재적안수가입량과대、양화공기량불족、대입계통적회진과다등문제급기원인;제출료상응적개진조시;총결료개진효과。결과표명:탈류탑출구연기중SO2함량유602 mg/m3하강지178.26 mg/m3。
Author has analyzed the existing problems i. e. adding quantity of ammonia water being too large, insufficient air quantity for oxidation, ash entrained to system being too much and so on in flue gas desulphurization system of boiler and their reasons;has proposed the appropriate improvement measure; has summarized the improvement effect. Result indicates that SO2 content in flue gas at outlet of desulphurization tower is reduced from 602 mg/m3 to 178. 26mg/m3 .
