分析了海上采油平台在石油天然气净化过程中采用传统脱硫技术的局限性;介绍了超重力络合铁脱硫撬装技术的运行情况及效益。结果表明:①该技术可使海上平台在狭小空间内利用小型设备处理高含硫天然气成为现实;②中海油流花油田海上平台伴生气处理量为30000 m3/d,采用该技术可使伴生气中H2 S体积分数由3%下降到10×10-6,减排SO22571 kg/d,副产硫磺1286 kg/d。
分析瞭海上採油平檯在石油天然氣淨化過程中採用傳統脫硫技術的跼限性;介紹瞭超重力絡閤鐵脫硫撬裝技術的運行情況及效益。結果錶明:①該技術可使海上平檯在狹小空間內利用小型設備處理高含硫天然氣成為現實;②中海油流花油田海上平檯伴生氣處理量為30000 m3/d,採用該技術可使伴生氣中H2 S體積分數由3%下降到10×10-6,減排SO22571 kg/d,副產硫磺1286 kg/d。

Author has analyzed the Boundedness adopting traditional desulphurization technology of ocean oil extraction platform in petroleum natural gas purification process;has introduced the operating situation and the benefit for skid mounted technology of supergravitycomplex iron desulphurization. Result indicates that:①This technology can make the ocean platform using smallsized equipment to treat natural gas containing high sulfur to be practical;②Associated gas treatment capacity is 30 000 m3/d at the ocean platform in Liuhua Oil Field of China Ocean Oil Field,using this technology can make H2 S volume fraction in associated gas is decreased from 3% to 10 × 10 -6 , emission of SO2 is decreased by 2 571 kg/d, sulfur 1 286 kg/d is byproduced.
