以新疆库尔勒煤为煤样,研究了在以萘磺酸盐为添加剂的情况下,采用粒度级配方法制备水煤浆的最佳条件。实验结果表明,①萘磺酸盐的添加量宜为0.3%(以干基煤为标准);②1#煤样粗细粒度宜按6∶4级配,2#煤样粗细粒度宜按5∶5级配;③1#煤样可制得质量分数约为59%的水煤浆,2#煤样可制得质量分数约为62%的水煤浆,且均表现出一定的屈服假塑性,可以满足水煤浆气化技术的要求。
以新疆庫爾勒煤為煤樣,研究瞭在以萘磺痠鹽為添加劑的情況下,採用粒度級配方法製備水煤漿的最佳條件。實驗結果錶明,①萘磺痠鹽的添加量宜為0.3%(以榦基煤為標準);②1#煤樣粗細粒度宜按6∶4級配,2#煤樣粗細粒度宜按5∶5級配;③1#煤樣可製得質量分數約為59%的水煤漿,2#煤樣可製得質量分數約為62%的水煤漿,且均錶現齣一定的屈服假塑性,可以滿足水煤漿氣化技術的要求。
이신강고이륵매위매양,연구료재이내광산염위첨가제적정황하,채용립도급배방법제비수매장적최가조건。실험결과표명,①내광산염적첨가량의위0.3%(이간기매위표준);②1#매양조세립도의안6∶4급배,2#매양조세립도의안5∶5급배;③1#매양가제득질량분수약위59%적수매장,2#매양가제득질량분수약위62%적수매장,차균표현출일정적굴복가소성,가이만족수매장기화기술적요구。
Taking the coal in Korla of Xinjiang as a coal sample, author has researched the optimal condition for preparing the water coal slurry by means of granularity classdistribution method under situation taking naphthalene sulfonate as an adding agent. Experimental result indicates that:( 1 ) Adding quantity of naphthalene sulfonate should be 0. 3 %( taking dry base coal as standard);(2) Granularity of 1#coal sample shall be proportional as 6∶4; Granularity of 2# coal sample shall be proportional as 5∶5;(3) 1#coal sample can make water coal slurry with mass fraction of about 59%, 2#coal sample can make water coal slurry with mass fraction of about 62%, moreover all showing definite pseudoplasticity, it can meet requirement for gasification technology of water coal slurry.
