基于容器静强度和载荷的不确定性,应用模糊可靠性理论,建立了确定球形容器静强度在不同工况模糊许用可靠度范围的原则,探讨了安全系数与模糊许用可靠度之间的关系。研究表明:①在液压试验、气压试验和正常操作工况时,屈服强度的模糊许用可靠度范围分别为0.98~0.99、0.996~0.999和0.999~0.9999,爆破强度的模糊许用可靠度范围分别为0.9999~0.99999、0.999995~0.99999995和0.9999995~0.99999995;②基于满足模糊许用可靠度范围,钢制薄壁内压球形容器屈服安全系数应不小于1.45,抗拉安全系数应不小于1.85。
基于容器靜彊度和載荷的不確定性,應用模糊可靠性理論,建立瞭確定毬形容器靜彊度在不同工況模糊許用可靠度範圍的原則,探討瞭安全繫數與模糊許用可靠度之間的關繫。研究錶明:①在液壓試驗、氣壓試驗和正常操作工況時,屈服彊度的模糊許用可靠度範圍分彆為0.98~0.99、0.996~0.999和0.999~0.9999,爆破彊度的模糊許用可靠度範圍分彆為0.9999~0.99999、0.999995~0.99999995和0.9999995~0.99999995;②基于滿足模糊許用可靠度範圍,鋼製薄壁內壓毬形容器屈服安全繫數應不小于1.45,抗拉安全繫數應不小于1.85。

In allusion to Indetermination of static strength and load for vessel, applying fuzzy reliability theory, author has established the principle of fuzzy allowable reliability scope, that determined the static strength of spherical vessel under different operation conditions, has discussed the relation between safety coefficient and fuzzy allowable reliability. Research indicates that:①The fuzzy allowable reliability scope of yield strength is separately 0. 98~0. 99, 0. 996~0. 999 and 0. 999~0. 999 9 for hydraulic test, gas pressure test and normal operation condition, the fuzzy allowable reliability scope of bursting strength is separately 0. 999 9 ~0. 999 99, 0. 999 995 ~0. 999 999 95 and 0. 999 999 5 ~0. 999 999 95.②The safety coefficient of yield strength shall be not less than 1. 45, and the safety coefficient oftensile strength shall be not less than 1. 85 for thinwall steel made spherical vessel with internal pressure based on meeting fuzzy allowable reliability scope.
