介绍了目前国内外硫回收装置尾气SO2排放标准以及即将发布的更加严格的新标准;比较了三级克劳斯技术、超级/超优克劳斯技术、普通克劳斯+加氢还原技术尾气中SO2含量情况;指出了现有回收技术尚无法满足新的环保标准的窘况;分析了进一步提高硫回收率的方法,提出了满足环保标准的硫回收技术的发展方向。

Author has introduced the emission standard for SO2 tail gas in sulphur recovery device at home and abroad in China at present time and also the more severe new standard being soon published;has compared the SO2 content situation in tail gas among technologies of three stage Claus, super class/super good Claus and ordinary Claus + hydrogen adding reduction;has indicated the difficult situation that the present recovery technology does not yet meet the new environment standard;has analyzed the method to further increase sulfur recovery rate;has suggested the developmental direction for sulfur recovery technology, which can satisfy the environment standard.
