采用高效液相色谱法建立白屈菜药材中含白屈菜碱和白屈菜红碱量的测定方法,色谱柱选用依利特Hypersil ODS2(4.6 mm ×200 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.01 mol/L磷酸二氢钾水溶液(38∶62,磷酸二氢钾水溶液用磷酸调pH=3)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为282 nm,柱温为35℃,进样量20μL.结果表明白屈菜碱和白屈菜红碱均在0.25~1.50 mg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,平均加样回收率白屈菜碱和白屈菜红碱分别为(n=6)为98.72%、97.34%,RSD=0.65%、0.86%.该方法灵敏、准确、重复性好.

To establish a method for chelidonine and chelerythrine in Chelidonium majus . The determination was performed by HPLC using Hypersil ODS 2 (4.6 mm ×200 mm, 5μm).The experimental conditions were as follows:acetonitrile-0.01 mol/L KH2 PO4 water (38∶62, pH=3) as the mobile phase, flow rate:1.0 mL/min, detection wavelength:282 nm, column temperature:35 ℃, the injection volume:20 μL.Results indicated that there was a good linear relationship between the injection volume and area of bond when the injec-tion volume was in the range of 0.25 mg to 1.50 mg.The average results of injection volume recovery was 98.72%,97.34% (n=6),and the RSD was 0.65%,0.86%.This method was sensitive and accurate , with a good repeatability .
