对红花水提取大孔树脂精制的方法进行了工艺考察,选取最佳工艺条件.以羟基红花黄色素A为指标,采用HPLC法对指标成分进行含量测定.结果表明,选用X-5型大孔树脂,每克树脂的最大吸附量为2.76 mg,大孔树脂吸附法可用于红花的精制.

To obtain the optimum technological conditions the refinement technology of macroporous adsorption resin of Carthamus tinctorius L .extracted liquid was examined . Hydroxysafflor yellow A was taken as the indicator , and the content of indicator was analyzed by HPLC.Results indicated that X -5 macroporous adsorption resin was the best selection . The maximum adsorption capacity per gram of resin was 2.76 mg.Macroporous adsorption resin can be used in refinement of Carthamus tinctorius L .
