选用熔点为183℃的锡铅焊料(Sn63/Pb37)作为标准试样,验证国产X射线衍射仪对金属进行变温X RD测量时的温度准确性。结果表明:变温样品室内热电偶的监控温度( To )与锡铅焊料样品表面的实际温度( Ta )的偏差小于5℃,直接证实所开发的变温样品室具有较高的温度准确性。
選用鎔點為183℃的錫鉛銲料(Sn63/Pb37)作為標準試樣,驗證國產X射線衍射儀對金屬進行變溫X RD測量時的溫度準確性。結果錶明:變溫樣品室內熱電偶的鑑控溫度( To )與錫鉛銲料樣品錶麵的實際溫度( Ta )的偏差小于5℃,直接證實所開髮的變溫樣品室具有較高的溫度準確性。

Tin-lead solder (Sn63/Pb37) with a melting point of 183℃ was used as a standard sample for temperature accuracy confirmation of various metal temperatures by domestic X-ray diffractometer . The results indicated that the difference between the monitoring temperature detected by a thermal couple in the temperature chamber (To) and the actual temperature of ceramic powders surface (Ta) was less than 5 ℃ .T he results directly demonstrates that the temperature chamber is accuracy .
