文化市场的繁荣活跃,离不开文化生产与文化消费之间的良性循环互动。文化消费是文化生产的直接目的和文化再生产的原动力,只有撬动文化消费的支点才能从根本上实现文化市场的繁荣活跃。针对当前文化消费总量偏低、城乡文化消费失衡、文化消费结构层次不高等问题,需要构建“政府-企业-行业组织”三元一体的互动模式,准确定位三者在拓展文化消费中的角色,采取多管齐下、协调推进、综合解决等措施,以有效激活文化市场,实现文化产业又好又快发展。

The cultural market won’ t be flourished without a virtuous circle between cultural production and consumption .Cultural consumption is the direct purpose of cultural production and also the motive power of cultural reproduction .Only when we use cultural consumption as a fulcrum can the cultural consumption market fundamentally boom . In view of the problems such as little cultural consumption ,consumption imbalances between the urban and rural areas ,low level of consumption structure ,an interactive mode for the government-enterprise-industry organization trinity should be established ,in w hich the three parties have their precise roles in expanding cultural consumption .M ulti pronged ,coordinative and comprehensive measures should be taken to activate the cultural market and achieve sound and rapid development of cultural industry .
