随着我国体制改革的不断深入、国民经济的持续发展、居民收入的普遍增长，休闲渐渐成为居民生活的重要组成部分，可以说，我国正在迈入有闲时代。如何消解由休闲所滋生的社会问题，激发休闲对社会良性运行的功能，是休闲社会学研究关注的重点。本文对2008年以来我国休闲社会学研究文献进行学术梳理，主要涉及休闲概念的界定、休闲兴起的原因与发展历程，重点论述了有关我国休闲现状的研究成果，作出了简要评述并为今后研究提供了若干建议。

With the undergoing institutional reform in China, the continuous economic growth, and the increase in people's income, leisure activities have gradually become an integral part in people's live. That is to say, China is ushering in an era of leisure. How to address the social problems evoked by the leisure activities and harness their motivation in social function are the focus of concern and research in the sociology of leisure. This article conducted academic sorting of the research literature of leisure sociology in China since 2008, and mainly involved the definition of the concept of leisure, the reasons for its birth and development of it. This article focused on the research results of the status quo of leisure in China, made some brief reviews and provided several suggestions for future research.
