针对盾构施工中掘进参数数量多、取值波动范围大、易受外界因素影响等特点,提出采用粗糙集理论探索基于掘进参数的地层判别方法,建立了掘进参数与地层之间的关系模型。用广州某隧道工程施工数据进行仿真实验,结果表明,该模型基本能够准确识别相应的地层信息,识别正确率达到约93%,可为同类型地层施工的掘进参数设定提供一定的参考。

The advancing parameters of shield tunneling have the following characters:large quantity,wide value range, easily influenced by outside factors.According to these features,a method for strata identification with rough set theory based on advancing parameters is proposed in the paper.Therefore, a model describing the relationship between the advancing parameters and the corresponding strata conditions comes into being.Data collected on Guangzhou metro tunnel construction spot are fed into the model as the simulation test.The simulation results show our model can identify the strata conditions correctly and the accuracy achieves about 93%.So our model can provide some reference for the setting of advancing parameters with the same strata conditions as the paper studied to improve the advancing efficiency.
