导弹扩散段外表面壳体与整流罩之间用于密封的硅橡胶出现脱粘失效。分别通过粘接性能测试、扫描电镜分析对发生故障的界面进行宏观和微观检查,并分析了故障产生原因。结果表明:硅橡胶在不锈钢基材上发生脱粘失效是由于对粘接基材的处理不当所致。通过工艺改进,选用了合适的表面处理剂,改善了不锈钢的界面状态,提高了硅橡胶在其表面的粘接强度,有效地解决了脱粘失效。
導彈擴散段外錶麵殼體與整流罩之間用于密封的硅橡膠齣現脫粘失效。分彆通過粘接性能測試、掃描電鏡分析對髮生故障的界麵進行宏觀和微觀檢查,併分析瞭故障產生原因。結果錶明:硅橡膠在不鏽鋼基材上髮生脫粘失效是由于對粘接基材的處理不噹所緻。通過工藝改進,選用瞭閤適的錶麵處理劑,改善瞭不鏽鋼的界麵狀態,提高瞭硅橡膠在其錶麵的粘接彊度,有效地解決瞭脫粘失效。

Silicone rubber used for sealing between the fairing and the outside surface of extendible nozzle exit cone for the missiles was failure. The cause of the failure was analyzed by mechanical property testing, macro and micro morphology of the fracture surface observing by SEM. The results showed that the failure occurred between the silicone rubber and stainless steel by improper bonding processing. By choosing the proper surface treatment agent and improving the stainless steel surface conditions, the bonding strength between the silicone rubber and stainless steel was increased.
