针对传统电动汽车能量供给设施运行模式的单一性,提出电动汽车充放储一体化站,不仅能在正常状态下维持电网、车辆的优化调度,同时能在电网故障时脱网孤岛运行,实现内部负荷的不间断供电。为确保电网恢复后一体化站能瞬时并网,提出了孤岛状态下的虚连接技术,并结合一体化站分析了其能量/功率管理控制策略,实现一体化站与电网的无缝连接,提高一体化站与电网的灵活性与可靠性。

In view of the single operational mode of EV energy supply facilities,this paper presents a charge-discharge-storage integrated station, which can not only realize optimal dispatch of the power grid and vehicles in normal status,but also operate in the islanded mode off the grid when it is in failure to realize uninterrupted power supply for internal loads.To ensure instantaneous grid connection of the integrated station after grid recovery,a virtual connection technology is introduced,and its energy/power management strategy is analyzed to realize seamless connection between the integrated station and the grid and improve the flexibility and reliability of both of them.
