橡胶减速带具有设置简单、效果明显的特点而得到广泛应用,然而不同几何设计的减速带会带来不同的减速效果,在实际应用中由于缺少具体的设计规范,导致在使用时带来一些安全隐患和噪声污染。根据减速带减速机理,使用DYNA软件对车辆通过不同高度和宽度的橡胶减速带进行模拟,得出在A、B、C、D、E、F六种不同高度和宽度的橡胶减速带下车辆的减速效果和震动情况。通过对比分析提出减速效果最好,同时噪声最小的橡胶减速带最优高度和长度的组合,为减速带的设计提供科学的参考依据。

Rubber deceleration strips are extensively applied for features of simple setting and obvious effect, however, different geometrically designed deceleration strips will bring different deceleration effects. In practical applications some potential safety hazards and noise pollutions are caused during use for lack of specific design codes. In accordance with deceleration mechanism of deceleration strips, this paper simulates vehicles passing the rubber deceleration strips of different heights and widths by means of DYNA software and obtains the deceleration effects and vibrations of vehicles on rubber deceleration strips at different heights and widths of A, B, C, D, E and F. Based on comparative analysis, the paper puts forward the combination of the optimal height and length of rubber deceleration strips with the best deceleration effect and the minimal noise as well to provide scientific reference basis for design of deceleration strips.
