高炉上料主卷扬电动机变频调速主要是应用变频器的多步调速技术。各品牌变频器的多步调速控制方法及参数设定各不相同。西门子6SE70型变频器的多步调速控制原理与参数设定方法,与其它品牌及型号有差别,但要难于其它品牌,要实现6SE70变频器多步调速设计,必须根据功能图做信号源命令端子的软件连接。介绍西门子6SE70型变频器输入命令信号源和输出信号源内容及连接器连接方法。基于6SE70变频器内部功能互联技术(BICO),根据高炉主卷扬变频调速控制要求,对输入命令源和输出信号进行实现控制要求的组合,完成组合要求的基于功能图的参数设定。

Frequency control of the main hoisting motor for blast furnace loading is mainly concerned with the multi-step speed regulation of the frequency converter,and different speed regulation methods and parameter settings are used for different brands of frequency converters.Siemens inverter 6SE70's multi-step speed control principle and parameter setting method differs from those of other brands and models in that it is more difficult.Multi-step speed regulation of 6SE70 converter has to be realized through software connection of a signal source command terminal based on the functional diagram.This paper introduces the contents of the input command signal source and the output signal source as well as the connecting method of 6SE79 converter.Based on the BICO of 6SE70 converter and according to the frequency control and speed regulation requirement for the main hoist of the blast furnace,the input command source and output signal are combined,and parameter settings are completed on the basis of the functional diagram.
