为了满足日益增长的物流管理人才需求,使地方院校物流管理人才培养与市场需求更加契合,可以在实践教学过程中适当引入“动式”教学,以达到应用型专业人才培养的目的。“动式”教学是一种以“教为主导,学为主体,疑为主轴,动为主线”的教学思想,学生的应变能力和创新能力恰在这一过程中得到培养、发展起来,能更好地激发学生的求知欲和探索精神,锻炼学生的有效沟通与实践能力,真正做到校企合作的人才培养对接。在提倡发展学生主体性、培养学生技能性的今天,如何在实践教学中引入“动式”教学,培养学生发现问题、提出问题、解决问题的意识是教师不断探索的一个重要课题。
為瞭滿足日益增長的物流管理人纔需求,使地方院校物流管理人纔培養與市場需求更加契閤,可以在實踐教學過程中適噹引入“動式”教學,以達到應用型專業人纔培養的目的。“動式”教學是一種以“教為主導,學為主體,疑為主軸,動為主線”的教學思想,學生的應變能力和創新能力恰在這一過程中得到培養、髮展起來,能更好地激髮學生的求知欲和探索精神,鍛煉學生的有效溝通與實踐能力,真正做到校企閤作的人纔培養對接。在提倡髮展學生主體性、培養學生技能性的今天,如何在實踐教學中引入“動式”教學,培養學生髮現問題、提齣問題、解決問題的意識是教師不斷探索的一箇重要課題。

In order to meet the growing needs of logistics management personnel , so that the local colleges and u-niversities logistics management talents cultivation and market demand more fit, can be in the practice of teach-ing the process of proper introduction of guided teaching , in order to achieve the purpose of application type tal-ents training.Guiding type teaching is a kind of"teaching-oriented, learning as the main suspect for the spin-dle, dynamic, as the main line "teaching method, students'ability and innovation ability is in the process of training, development, better able to stimulate students desire for knowledge and the spirit of exploration, train-ing students in the effective communication and practice ability, accomplish truly school-enterprise cooperation talents docking .With the development of students'subjectivity , cultivate students'skills of today , how to prac-tice in teaching of guided teaching, trains the student to find the problem, proposed the question, to solve the problem of consciousness is the teachers to explore an important topic.
