汶九高速公路汶川至叠溪段地形、地质、水文等自然条件极为复杂,且通过多条活动断裂带,特别是2008年“5·12”汶川特大地震后,地震次生灾害爆发频次剧增。总结映汶高速公路建设经验,提出汶九高速公路汶川至叠溪段在地震次生灾害情况下提高道路防灾避灾能力的思路。
汶九高速公路汶川至疊溪段地形、地質、水文等自然條件極為複雜,且通過多條活動斷裂帶,特彆是2008年“5·12”汶川特大地震後,地震次生災害爆髮頻次劇增。總結映汶高速公路建設經驗,提齣汶九高速公路汶川至疊溪段在地震次生災害情況下提高道路防災避災能力的思路。

The Wenchuan-Diexi section of Wenchuan-Jiuzhaigou Expressway encounters quite complicated natural conditions such as terrain, geology and hydrology, etc. and passes multiple active fault zones, in particular after the “5 · 12” Wenchuan huge earthquake in 2008, the frequency of outbreak of the secondary seismic disasters increase sharply. This paper summarizes experiences in construction of Yingxiu-Wenchuan Expressway and proposes pondering over the ability to prevent and avoid disasters in the case of secondary seismic disasters at Wenchuan-Diexi Section of Wenchuan-Jiuzhaigou Expressway.
