宫颈微偏腺癌（ Minimal deviation adenocarcinoma of the uterine cervix ，MDA）是一种极为特殊的宫颈腺癌类型，最常见的临床症状为阴道排液，最常见的体征为宫颈肥大。因癌变病灶位置较深，组织学特殊，临床诊断较困难，常规检查易漏诊、误诊，病理组织学检查是最终确诊依据，联合免疫组化检测可提高诊断准确性。明确诊断后应尽早采用根治性手术治疗，术后辅助放、化疗。由于MDA具有浸润深、转移快的恶性生物学行为，而且发病早期诊断困难，对放、化疗不敏感，总体预后较差。

Minimal deviation adenocarcinoma of the uterine cervix ( MDA) is a very special type of cervical adenocarcino-ma.Vaginal drainage is the most common clinical symptom and cervical hypertrophy is the most common sign .Due to the deep location of the cancerous lesion , special histologic findings , and difficulty in clinical diagnosis , MDA is easily missed and misdiagnosed by regular check -up.Histologic examination provides the final diagnosis with improved diagnostic accu-racy by immunohistochemical stains .A radical hysterectomy should be adopted as soon as possible once the diagnosis is es -tablished, combined by post-surgical adjuvant chemotherapy and radiation therapy .Nevertheless, the overall prognosis of MDA remains poor due to the malignant biological behavior of the tumor with deep invasion and rapid metastasis , difficulty in early diagnosis , and resistance to chemo -radiation therapy .
