The operation training included fluorescence spectrometer ,raman spectrometer and FT-In-frared spectrometer in molecular spectroscopy laboratory .It contained three aspects :spectrum principle , instrumental structure and software operation ,the first and second one were key points .Furthermore ,at-tention should be paid in difference and connection of principles and structure between these instruments during training .
