建立了液相色谱-荧光检测法直接分析水中苯胺的方法。使用 ZORBAX SB -C18(4.6 mm ×150mm ,5μm)色谱柱,流动相:甲醇:醋酸铵(3.85g/L)=60:40(V :V),流速:1.0ml/min ,柱温:35℃,荧光检测器的激发波长和发射波长:λex/λem=232/340。该方法线性方程相关系数大于0.999,检出限0.08μg/L ,回收率87.5%~102%,仪器精密度4.6%。方法具有前处理简单、检出限低、分析速度快等优点。

We established direct detection of aniline in water by HPLC with fluorescence detector . Chromatographic column :ZORBAX SB-C18 (4 .6 mm × 150 mm ,5 m);Mobile phase:V (methanol):V (3 .85 g/L ammonium acetate) = 60 :40 ;Flow rate :1 .0 ml/min;Column temperature :35℃ ;Excitation wavelength and emission wavelength of fluorescence detector :λex/λem= 232nm/340nm .The correlation coefficient of linear equation was more than 0.999 ,the detection limit of aniline was 0 .08μg /L ,the recov-eries for the method were 87 .5%-102% ,the relative standard deviation was 4 .6% .The method is simple , sensitive and rapid .
