研究了压铸工艺参数和铝合金成分对ADC12铝合金材料压铸件力学性能的影响,试验结果表明:改性的压铸件抗拉强度(δb )为309.6 MPa,延伸率(δ)为3.32%,优于国内普遍使用的压铸铝合金ADC12,优化的ADC12合金具有更好的压铸成形性、出型性及机械加工性能,能够满足LED灯壳应用要求。
研究瞭壓鑄工藝參數和鋁閤金成分對ADC12鋁閤金材料壓鑄件力學性能的影響,試驗結果錶明:改性的壓鑄件抗拉彊度(δb )為309.6 MPa,延伸率(δ)為3.32%,優于國內普遍使用的壓鑄鋁閤金ADC12,優化的ADC12閤金具有更好的壓鑄成形性、齣型性及機械加工性能,能夠滿足LED燈殼應用要求。

A kind of new high property die casting A 1 alloy is developed by ingredient and Die casting process parameters optimum design on the base of ADCl 2 alloy.It is seen from the result of the modified ADCl 2 alloy mechanics-experiment that the as-cast mechanics property values of tensile strength (δb) 309.6 MPa,elongation(δ)3.32%are better than un-modified ADCl2 alloy. This kind of die casting A 1 alloy has good performance of shaping ,discharging from mold and machining .It Can satisfy the require-ments of LED Lamp Shells .
