高校应用写作教学成效低下，需要通过教学改革加以解决。只有树立“以学生为主体”的教育理念，遵循“在写作中学会写作”的特殊规律，建构科学实用的应用写作教学体系，改进教学方法，革新教学手段，加大训练力度，加强写作实践，改革考核方式，并在学校大力支持、教师很抓落实、学生积极配合下，改革才能取得明显实效。

The efficiency of teaching in applied writing in colleges and universities is low,and the solution is the reform of the teaching. Only by establishing the education idea of“taking student as the main body”,following the special law of“learning to write by writ-ing”,constructing the scientific and practical teaching system of applied writing,improving the teaching methods,reforming the teach-ing means,increasing the intensity of training,strengthening the practice of writing,changing the ways of testing,and with the strong support from the authority of the colleges and universities,substantial work from teachers,and active cooperation from students,can the reform make apparent actual effect.
