工程上薄壁网格加筋壳常发生蒙皮局部失稳和塑性失稳等非线性稳定性问题,要获得结构临界失稳载荷和失效模式需要考虑几何非线性、材料非线性及结构失稳瞬时的振动效应,进行非线性动力学分析。以轴压作用下正交网格加筋圆筒壳为研究对象,基于Abaqus软件,提出了隐式/显式两种非线性动力学有限元方法求解网格加筋壳稳定性问题的建模及求解收敛控制要求。结果表明,通过有效控制,隐式/显式动力学方法能准确求解薄壁网格加筋壳临界失稳载荷,模拟结构失效模式,且适用线性/非线性各种失稳情况。
工程上薄壁網格加觔殼常髮生矇皮跼部失穩和塑性失穩等非線性穩定性問題,要穫得結構臨界失穩載荷和失效模式需要攷慮幾何非線性、材料非線性及結構失穩瞬時的振動效應,進行非線性動力學分析。以軸壓作用下正交網格加觔圓筒殼為研究對象,基于Abaqus軟件,提齣瞭隱式/顯式兩種非線性動力學有限元方法求解網格加觔殼穩定性問題的建模及求解收斂控製要求。結果錶明,通過有效控製,隱式/顯式動力學方法能準確求解薄壁網格加觔殼臨界失穩載荷,模擬結構失效模式,且適用線性/非線性各種失穩情況。

Non-linear buckling such as local skin buckling and plastic buckling often appears on thin-walled grid-stiffened shells. Non-linear dynamic analysis considered geometric nonlinear, material nonlinear and buckling temporal effect can be used to obtain the critical loads and failure modes.. Taking grid-stiffened shells under axial loads effects as the object, implicit and explicit non-linear dynamic FE methods are proposed to solve grid-stiffened shells buckling modeling and control requirement using ABAQUS dynamic mode. The result demonstrates that effective control and implicit/explicit dynamic methods can be used to obtain thin-walled grid-stiffened shells critical buckling loads and simulate structure failure mode. The method applies to other linear/non-linear buckling.
