通过对英美国家高等教育专业质量认证与评估制度的梳理，结合我国高等教育评估与专业认证的现状，从专业认证与评估组织机构的完善、专业认证制度的建立、校内评估机制及专业评估指标体系的制定几个方面对我国专业质量保障制度作粗浅的探讨。

통과대영미국가고등교육전업질량인증여평고제도적소리，결합아국고등교육평고여전업인증적현상，종전업인증여평고조직궤구적완선、전업인증제도적건립、교내평고궤제급전업평고지표체계적제정궤개방면대아국전업질량보장제도작조천적탐토。
Through the analysis of the Anglo-American system of quality certification and assessment, with the consideration of the status quo of the higher education assessment and program certification of our country, this paper explores the program quality assurance system from the following aspects, namely the improvement of program certification and assessment organization, the establishment of a sound program certification system, the internal assessment mechanism, and the system of program assessment standard.
