通过对润湿分散剂、助崩解剂等助剂的筛选,确定了50%烯酰吗啉水分散粒剂的最佳配方为烯酰吗啉50%,聚羧酸盐分散剂6%,十二烷基硫酸钠2%,硫酸铵3%,填料为高岭土。简述了该剂型的特点、配制方法及生产工艺,介绍了产品性能及其测定方法,并与进口助剂的性能进行了比较。研究结果表明,LG-03、GY-D1252和GY-D1256的分散性能良好,制成的水分散粒剂分散性好,悬浮率大于90%,润湿时间小于30 s,崩解良好,热贮分解率小于5%,SD-1401助剂分散性能不理想。

By screening the assistants e.g. wetting - dispersing agents and disintegrating agents, the best recipe of the 50% dimethomorph water dispersible granule was determined. The best recipe consisted of dimethomorph 50%, polycarboxylate dispersant 6%, sodium dodecyl sulfate 2%, ammonium sulfate 3% and the filler which was kaolin. The characteristic of the formulation, preparation method and production technology was summarized.And product performance and its measuring method are introduced, which were compared with the performance of the import assistants. The research results showed that the dispersibility of LG - 03, GY - D1252 and GY - D1256 were excellent. The water dispersible granule made of these assistants has good dispersion. Suspension rate was more than 90%, wetting time was less than 30 s, disintegration property was well.The decomposition rate of heat storage stability was less than 5%, the dispersibility of the assistant SD -1401 was not ideal.
