通过不同的反应条件对阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)的合成进行探讨,目标合成特性粘数高,性能稳定的CPAM;实验探索聚合反应的引发剂种类以及各因素对反应的影响。结果表明,最佳的反应条件为:AM与DMC最佳摩尔配比为0.19,单体质量总浓度35%,引发剂用量0.06%,pH值7,光照时间60min,红外光谱分析结果符合CPAM的特征基团。

In order to synthesize cationic polyacrylamide(CPAM)with high intrinsic viscosity and excellent stable performance, different reaction conditions have been explored including the type of initiator and different factors. The results indicates that the optimum reaction conditions were when monomer ratio of n(AM)∶n(DMC) was 1∶0.19, the monomer concentration was 35%, the amount of the initiator was 0.06 wt.%, pH value was 7 and illumination time was 60 min. FTIR spectrum showed that analysis results are consistent with the characteristics of group CPAM.
