结合58个典型的国家级教学团队的项目任务书,从它们的结构特征、课程教改特色、存在的问题与对策三个维度进行分析,发现它们具有引领学科教育新方向、明确的团队目标与良好的合作精神、坚强的制度保障等特征;同时也普遍存在重科研轻教学、学生参与程度不够、教师压力过大等问题;最后提出了制定政策时多向教学一线教师倾斜、师生互动与教学相长、积极缓解教师压力三项对策。
結閤58箇典型的國傢級教學糰隊的項目任務書,從它們的結構特徵、課程教改特色、存在的問題與對策三箇維度進行分析,髮現它們具有引領學科教育新方嚮、明確的糰隊目標與良好的閤作精神、堅彊的製度保障等特徵;同時也普遍存在重科研輕教學、學生參與程度不夠、教師壓力過大等問題;最後提齣瞭製定政策時多嚮教學一線教師傾斜、師生互動與教學相長、積極緩解教師壓力三項對策。
결합58개전형적국가급교학단대적항목임무서,종타문적결구특정、과정교개특색、존재적문제여대책삼개유도진행분석,발현타문구유인령학과교육신방향、명학적단대목표여량호적합작정신、견강적제도보장등특정;동시야보편존재중과연경교학、학생삼여정도불구、교사압력과대등문제;최후제출료제정정책시다향교학일선교사경사、사생호동여교학상장、적겁완해교사압력삼항대책。
Research on national teaching team is conducive to promote the further development of the higher education cause .It has analyzed the structural characteristics , curriculum and educational reform features,current problems and countermeasures in this paper of 58 typical project mission statements of national level teaching teams ,and found that these teams have led the new direction of the disciplinary ed-ucation ,identified clear goals ,presented good cooperation and are strongly supported by institutional rules and regulations.However,these teams also have the problems of putting research above teaching ,insuffi-cient student participation and over-pressure of teachers .Based on the findings ,it proposes three counter-measures at last such as making policies tilt toward classroom teachers ,improving teacher-student interac-tion and taking measures to alleviate teachers′pressure .
