以ADR为视角，对我国现行仲裁裁决司法审查制度进行反思，指出我国仲裁裁决司法审查中存在“双轨监督”、“双重监督”和“过度监督”等问题，认为我国现行的仲裁裁决司法审查制度未能较好地保护当事人合法权益，抑制了仲裁在ADR中的地位与作用，由此提出了完善现行仲裁司法审查制度的改革建议。

It reflected on the judicial review system of China from the perspective of ADR ,pointed out the problems existing in Chinese judicial review of arbitration award ,such as the double-standard problem ,the double-supervision problem and the excessive-supervision problem .All that indicated the judicial review system of China arbitration current failed to better protect the legitimate rights and interests of the parties , inhibited the status and function of arbitration in ADR .Thus it put forward to improve the current arbitra-tion judicial review system reform proposals .It is very necessary to reform the present system of Chinese judicial review of arbitration award .
