聚3,4乙烯二氧噻吩(PEDOT)是近来研究的最多的有机热电材料,目前对于PEDOT基材料已有较多高热电性能的报道,表明它是具有潜力的热电材料。本文就PEDOT及其与无机纳米结构复合材料的制备及其热电性能进行综述,讨论了成分、显微结构及相应的制备方法对PEDOT基材料的热电性能的影响。

Poly(3,4-ethylene-dioxythiophene)(PEDOT)is the most popular organic thermoelectric material,which has shown excellent thermoelectric performance and is considered to be a very potential thermoelectric material. The preparation and thermoelectric property of PEDOT material and PEDOT-inorganic nanostructure composites are reviewed in this paper,and the influence of the composition,morphology and preparation method on the thermoelectric properties of the materials is discussed.
