桥梁的设计主要针对运营阶段荷载,而施工过程中结构可能承受不利的施工荷载。为避免结构在施工过程中受到破坏,应用FINAL有限元分析软件对某桥墩进行非线性分析。重点研究预应力混凝土盖梁上侧及其与钢筋混凝土墩柱结合处的受力状态。首先建立结构的三维有限元分析模型;然后分析结构在张拉预应力钢筋、承受较大偏心施工荷载、承受竣工阶段荷载时的受力状态,并针对出现的问题提出可以采取的措施,将采取措施前后结构的受力状态进行对比。结果表明施工过程中梁柱结合处会出现裂缝,拟采取的措施可有效避免混凝土开裂,从而为桥梁施工工艺的选取提供理论指导,并为今后类似工程的建设提供借鉴。

The design of bridge is primarily based on the operational phase loads but the structure may bear unfavorable construction loads during construction.In order to avoid the damage of the structure during con-struction,nonlinear analysis of the bridge pier by using FINAL finite element analysis software,focusing on the stress state of the upper side of prestressed concrete cap beam and its j unction section with reinforced con-crete column.Firstly,a 3D finite element analysis model of the structure is established.Then,the load con-ditions of the structure under prestress,eccentric construction loads and completion phase loads are analyzed. Some appropriate measures are proposed in light of the problem.Meanwhile,the results of taking measures are compare proposed.The results show that the j unction section may crack during construction and the measures can control the crack efficiently,so as to provide theoretical guidance to the choice of construction process and a reference to the similar proj ects in the future.
