目的：探讨大网膜包肺对门脉高压症断流术后再出血的治疗效果。方法对13例断流术后再出血患者实施大网膜包肺，观察是否食管胃底曲张静脉破裂再出血、同时应用CT血管成像技术观察大网膜与肺之间是否成功建立了分流。结果在对13例病人的随访中，1～12年内未再发生食管胃底曲张静脉出血、CT成像证实大网膜与肺之间建立了可靠的分流。结论大网膜包肺治疗门脉高压症断流术后再出血的效果确切。
목적：탐토대망막포폐대문맥고압증단류술후재출혈적치료효과。방법대13례단류술후재출혈환자실시대망막포폐，관찰시부식관위저곡장정맥파렬재출혈、동시응용CT혈관성상기술관찰대망막여폐지간시부성공건립료분류。결과재대13례병인적수방중，1～12년내미재발생식관위저곡장정맥출혈、CT성상증실대망막여폐지간건립료가고적분류。결론대망막포폐치료문맥고압증단류술후재출혈적효과학절。
Objective To expore the effect of greater omentum enfolding lung on the haemorrhage after devascularization of por -tal vein hypertension .Methods Thirteen subjects suffering postoperative bleeding underwent greater omentum enfolding lung .Esophagus var-icosis rupture haemorrhage was observed ,and the bypass between greater omentum and lung was observed by CT angiography .Results E-sophagus varicosis rupture haemorrhage was not noted among all subjects in the follow -up of 12 year.The sound bypass was built ,which was confirmed by CT angiography .Conclusion Greater omentum enfolding lung was effective on the haemorrhage after devascularization of portal vein hypertension .
