目的：探讨糖尿病维持性血液透析（ MHD ）患者的血糖控制状况与血清甲状旁腺素的相关性。方法对维持性血液透析患者糖尿病组和其他肾病组之间年龄、血iPTH、磷、钙、钙磷乘积、血糖、糖化血红蛋白（ HbA1c）、性别、血肌酐、尿素氮、碱性磷酸酶（ AKP）、白蛋白（ ALB）进行相关性比较。结果维持性血液透析患者糖尿病组较非糖尿病组iPTH低（P＝0．020）；糖尿病组中血糖控制较差者iPTH较血糖控制较好者低（P＝0．014）；多元回归分析显示HAbc1与iPTH明显相关（ P＝0．000）。结论透析糖尿病患者的血糖控制水平与其血清iPTH水平相关，良好的血糖控制可能在一定程度上预防血液透析糖尿病患者的肾性骨病的发生。
목적：탐토당뇨병유지성혈액투석（ MHD ）환자적혈당공제상황여혈청갑상방선소적상관성。방법대유지성혈액투석환자당뇨병조화기타신병조지간년령、혈iPTH、린、개、개린승적、혈당、당화혈홍단백（ HbA1c）、성별、혈기항、뇨소담、감성린산매（ AKP）、백단백（ ALB）진행상관성비교。결과유지성혈액투석환자당뇨병조교비당뇨병조iPTH저（P＝0．020）；당뇨병조중혈당공제교차자iPTH교혈당공제교호자저（P＝0．014）；다원회귀분석현시HAbc1여iPTH명현상관（ P＝0．000）。결론투석당뇨병환자적혈당공제수평여기혈청iPTH수평상관，량호적혈당공제가능재일정정도상예방혈액투석당뇨병환자적신성골병적발생。
Objective To investigate the correlation of glycaemic control and the serum iPTH levels in dia-betic hemodialysis patients .Methods A totle of 128 patients according to difireence primary cause of end-stage renal failure ,they were classified into the diabetic nephropathy group and non-diabetic nephropathy group .By exameing the se-rum iPTH and HbA1 c levels of the both group ,it explored their relationship .And on the basis of different HbA 1 c levels of the diabetic nephropathy group ,how glycaemic control affected the iPTH levels was investigated .Results The serum iPTH levels were significantly lower in the patients with diabetes than without diabetes (P=0.020),and the levels were lower in patients with poor glycaemic control than with good contronl .The multiple regression test showed that the serum HbA1c levels were stongly related to the serum iPTH levels (P=0.000).Conclusion The status of glycaemic contronl in diabetic hemodialysis patients and the serum iPTH levels have some relevances .Good glycaemic contronl could be re-quired to prevent osteodystrophy .
