随着3G时代的到来，智能手机逐渐普及，医生在门诊及一些脱离电脑的会诊活动中利用手中的智能手机能够及时检索到药物的用量用法、注意事项、禁忌、哺乳妇用药、地区医疗保险范围等信息，并结合病人病情给出最合理、有效、安全的用药方案。本软件可以通过发送http请求来获得所要查询的药物信息，并结合了OCR文字处理技术，利用了OCR文字处理和识别的工作原理，以及OCR运用在手机平台的优越性，设计基于Android的查询、OCR中英文识别和在线翻译，并设计实现方案。

With the coming of 3G era, smart phones become more and more common, doctors with smart phone can be retrieved in time consumption of drugs usage, precautions,contraindications , location woman medication, regional medical insurance coverage and other information, combined with conditions of patients are given the most reasonable, effective and safemedications.This software could send a http message to web in order to get the medicine information we need as wel as combine with the OCR word processing technology. The software also applies the working principles of OCR word processing and identification as wel as the advantages of OCR when used on mobile platforms. Therefore,a program software on the Android-based phone is designed. This software based on Android could search medicine information, identify Chinese and English using OCR technology as wel as achieve online translation. A scheme is designed to realize the program.
