【目的】观察龙胆泻肝丸联合抗病毒药治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效。【方法】将60例患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组30例，对照组给予常规抗病毒药如阿昔洛韦等一般治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上口服龙胆泻肝丸，疗程10 d；观察两组患者临床症状消失时间，记录不良反应及进行疗效评价。【结果】观察组在止疱时间、结痂时间以及止痛时间上明显短于对照组（ P ＜0．05）；观察组临床总有效率为93．33％，与对照组的73．33％比较差异有统计学意义（ P ＜0．05）；且观察组后遗神经痛发生率低于对照组（ P ＜0．05）；而两组不良反应发生率比较差异不显著（ P ＞0．05）。【结论】龙胆泻肝丸联合常规治疗带状疱疹安全有效，服用方便，值得临床应用。
【목적】관찰룡담사간환연합항병독약치료대상포진적림상료효。【방법】장60례환자수궤분위관찰조화대조조，매조30례，대조조급여상규항병독약여아석락위등일반치료，관찰조재대조조적기출상구복룡담사간환，료정10 d；관찰량조환자림상증상소실시간，기록불량반응급진행료효평개。【결과】관찰조재지포시간、결가시간이급지통시간상명현단우대조조（ P ＜0．05）；관찰조림상총유효솔위93．33％，여대조조적73．33％비교차이유통계학의의（ P ＜0．05）；차관찰조후유신경통발생솔저우대조조（ P ＜0．05）；이량조불량반응발생솔비교차이불현저（ P ＞0．05）。【결론】룡담사간환연합상규치료대상포진안전유효，복용방편，치득림상응용。
[Objective] To observe clinical efficacy of Longdan Xiegan pills (LXP) combined with western medicine for the treatment of herpes zoster .[Methods] A total of 60 patients were randomly divided into ob-servation group and control group with 30 patients in each group .The control group was treated with normal western medicine ,while the observation group was given LXP combined with western medicine .The duration was 10 days .The disappearance time of clinical symptoms of two groups was observed .Adverse reactions were recorded .The efficacy was evaluated .[Results] The time of stopping vesication ,incrustation time and analgesia time in observation group were shorter than those in control group ( P <0 .05) .The total effective rate of observation group and control group was 93 .33% and 73 .33% respectively ,and there was significant difference( P<0 .05) .The incidence of neuralgia in observation group was lower than that in control group ( P<0 .05) .There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reaction between two groups ( P >0 .05) .[Conclusion] LXP combined with western medicine for the treatment of herpes zoster is safe ,effective and convenient to take ,so it is worthy of clinical application .
