【目的】探讨腔静脉滤器在上肢深静脉血栓形成（U EDV T ）治疗中的效果。【方法】回顾性分析2008年7月至2013年12月本院收治的11例U EDV T 行滤网植入后溶栓治疗患者的病例资料。【结果】11例患者都成功行滤器植入，4例合并导管周围漂浮血栓患者，溶栓一段时间后顺利拔除导管，术后12 d顺利拔除滤器，无肺栓塞发生，全组患者术后随访24个月，无滤器移位、沿滤器血栓形成、上腔静脉穿孔等并发症。【结论】腔静脉滤器应用于U ED V T的治疗安全、有效，值得临床推广。
【목적】탐토강정맥려기재상지심정맥혈전형성（U EDV T ）치료중적효과。【방법】회고성분석2008년7월지2013년12월본원수치적11례U EDV T 행려망식입후용전치료환자적병례자료。【결과】11례환자도성공행려기식입，4례합병도관주위표부혈전환자，용전일단시간후순리발제도관，술후12 d순리발제려기，무폐전새발생，전조환자술후수방24개월，무려기이위、연려기혈전형성、상강정맥천공등병발증。【결론】강정맥려기응용우U ED V T적치료안전、유효，치득림상추엄。
[Objective]To explore the efficacy of vena cava filter in the treatment of upper extremity deep venous thrombosis(UEDVT) .[Methods]Clinical data of 11 patients with UEDVT treated with thrombolysis after vena cava filter implantation in our hospital from July 2008 to Dec .2013 were analyzed retrospectively .[Results] All 11 patients were implanted with vena cava filter successfully .The catheters of 4 patients compli-cated with floating thrombus around the catheter were smoothly removed after thrombolysis therapy for some time ,and then the filters were smoothly removed 12d after operation .No pulmonary embolism occurred .All patients were followed up for 24 months after operation .No complications such as filter migration ,thrombosis along the filter and perforation of vena cava were found .[Conclusion]Vena cava filter implantation for the treatment of UEDVT is safe and effective ,so it is worthy of clinical promotion .
