【目的】探讨60岁以上的老年人心电图特点，分析异常心电图发生的规律及病因。【方法】采用12导联心电图对260例60岁以上的老年人进行体检，分析异常心电图与其年龄、性别和基础疾病之间的关系。【结果】260例老年人中心电图异常者205人共227例次。随着年龄增加，异常心电图比例增加；各年龄阶段男性异常者比例均高于女性；异常心电图以ST段改变及心律失常多见。常见基础疾病为高血压、冠心病及肺心病。【结论】随着年龄增长，老年人心电图异常及心血管疾病比例明显增加；心电图检查应该列为老年人体检的常规项目。
【목적】탐토60세이상적노년인심전도특점，분석이상심전도발생적규률급병인。【방법】채용12도련심전도대260례60세이상적노년인진행체검，분석이상심전도여기년령、성별화기출질병지간적관계。【결과】260례노년인중심전도이상자205인공227례차。수착년령증가，이상심전도비례증가；각년령계단남성이상자비례균고우녀성；이상심전도이ST단개변급심률실상다견。상견기출질병위고혈압、관심병급폐심병。【결론】수착년령증장，노년인심전도이상급심혈관질병비례명현증가；심전도검사응해렬위노년인체검적상규항목。
[Objective] To explore the characteristics of electrocardiogram (ECG) in elderly patients aged over 60 years old ,and to analyze the rule and causes of abnormal ECG .[Methods] Totally 260 elderly patients aged over 60 years old received physical examination by using 12-lead ECG .The relationship of abnormal ECG with age ,gender and basic diseases were analyzed .[Results] Among 260 elderly patients ,205 patients(227 cases) had abnormal ECG .The proportion of abnormal ECG increased with the age .The proportion of male patients with abnormal ECG in different age group was higher than that of female patients .ST segment change and cardiac arrhythmia in abnormal ECG were commonly seen .The most common basic diseases were hyper-tension ,coronary artery disease and cardiopulmonary disease .[Conclusion] The proportion of abnormal ECG and cardiovascular disease in elderly patients increases with the age .ECG examination should be a regularity health screening item for old people .
