【目的】探讨2型糖尿病（T2DM ）患者的冠状动脉病变特点。【方法】用冠状动脉造影（CAG ）方法分析394例伴有T2DM （124例）和不伴有T2DM （270例）的冠心病患者冠脉病变特点；常规超声心动图了解心脏腔室内径及心功能指标。【结果】冠心病合并T2DM患者，受累冠脉以左前降支为主，其次为左回旋支病变，次之为右冠脉病变；与不伴有T2DM患者相比，心脏腔室内径的改变无统计学差异（ P ＞0．05）。【结论】CHD合并T2DM患者冠状动脉病变更严重，T2DM对心脏功能的影响必须系统全面地进行评价。
【목적】탐토2형당뇨병（T2DM ）환자적관상동맥병변특점。【방법】용관상동맥조영（CAG ）방법분석394례반유T2DM （124례）화불반유T2DM （270례）적관심병환자관맥병변특점；상규초성심동도료해심장강실내경급심공능지표。【결과】관심병합병T2DM환자，수루관맥이좌전강지위주，기차위좌회선지병변，차지위우관맥병변；여불반유T2DM환자상비，심장강실내경적개변무통계학차이（ P ＞0．05）。【결론】CHD합병T2DM환자관상동맥병변경엄중，T2DM대심장공능적영향필수계통전면지진행평개。
[Objective] To explore the features of coronary artery disease in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM ) .[Methods]Coronary angiography(CAG) was used to analyze the features of coronary artery disease in 394 coronary heart disease (CHD) patients with T2DM ( n = 124) and without diabetes mellitus (DM)( n=270) .Conventional ultrasonic echocardiogram(ECG) was used to analyze inner diameter of heart and cardiac function parameters .[Results] Left interior descending branch was mainly involved in T 2DM pa-tients with CHD ,and left circumflex branch was next ,and the right coronary artery was second next .There was no significant difference in inner diameter of heart between DM with and without CHD ( P>0 .05) .[Con-clusion]Coronary artery disease in T2DM patients with CHD is more severe .The effect of DM on cardiac function should be assessed systematically and comprehensively .
