【目的】探讨芪苈强心胶囊对慢性收缩性心力衰竭患者的治疗作用和安全性。【方法】73例慢性收缩性心力衰竭患者随机分为A组（观察组37例采用芪苈强心胶囊治疗）和B组（对照组36例地高辛治疗）；12周后进行心功能疗效，超声心动图指标观察，并评估其安全性。【结果】心功能疗效：A组总有效率为94．59％，B组总有效率为75．00％，A组疗效优于B组（ P ＜0．05）。超声心动图指标：两组SV、CO、LVEF、LVD治疗后较治疗前均有改善（ P＜0．01），A组LVEF、LVD的改善优于B组（ P ＜0．01）。【结论】芪苈强心胶囊治疗慢性收缩性心力衰竭疗效确切，使用安全。

[Objective] To explore the effectiveness and safety of Qiliqiangxin capsule in the treatment of chronic contractive heart failure .[Methods]A total of 73 patients with chronic contractive heart failure were randomly divided into group A(Qiliqiangxin capsule observation group ,n =37) and group B(digoxin control group ,n=36) .The efficacy ,cardiac function and echocardiogram (ECG) parameters after 12 weeks were ob-served .The safety was evaluated .[Results]The total effective rate in group A and group B was 94 .59% and 75% respectively ,and that in group A was better than that in group B ( P < 0 .05) .Compared with before treatment ,SV ,CO ,LVEF and LVD in two groups after treatment were improved ( P<0 .01) .The improve-ment of LVEF and LVD in group A was better than that in group B ( P<0 .01) .[Conclusion]Qiliqiangxin cap-sule is effective and safe in the treatment of chronic contractive heart failure .
