目的评价护理干预在预防骨科患者术后尿潴留中的临床效果.方法将116例骨科手术患者随机分为干预组和对照组,每组58例.对照组给予常规护理,干预组则在常规护理基础上给予综合护理干预措施.结果干预组术后膀胱功能恢复情况及满意度均显著优于对照组(P＜0.01),而尿潴留的发生率则明显低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论护理干预能有效预防骨科手术后尿潴留的发生,提高护理质量和护理服务的满意度.
목적 평개호리간예재예방골과환자술후뇨저류중적림상효과.방법 장116례골과수술환자수궤분위간예조화대조조,매조58례.대조조급여상규호리,간예조칙재상규호리기출상급여종합호리간예조시.결과 간예조술후방광공능회복정황급만의도균현저우우대조조(P＜0.01),이뇨저류적발생솔칙명현저우대조조(P＜0.05).결론 호리간예능유효예방골과수술후뇨저류적발생,제고호리질량화호리복무적만의도.
Objective To assess the clinical efficacy of nursing intervention in the prevention of urinary retention in patients after orthopedic surgery.Methods 116 patients undergoing orthopedic surgery were divided randomly into a study group and a control group,58 for each group.The control groups received conventional nursing,while the study group received comprehensive nursing intervention measures in addition to conventional nursing.Results The study group was superior to the control group in restoration of bladder function and satisfication (P＜0.01for both comparisons).Thehe incidence rate of urinary retention was lower in the study group than in the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusions Nursing intervention can effectively prevent the incidence of urinary retention in patients after orthopedic surgery,and enhance the quality of nursing and the degree of patient satisfaction.
