目的：探讨纤维胆道镜联合钬激光治疗PCNL术后残石的有效性和安全性。方法回顾性分析江西省宜春市人民医院近1年来采用纤维胆道镜治疗PCNL术后残石21例资料，通过影像学检查评价残石清除情况。结果21例患者中，12例一次性取尽结石（占57.14%），5例分两次取尽结石，4例残石未取尽，总清除率为80.95%。结论纤维胆道镜联合钬激光能处理大部分PCNL术后残石，值得临床推广。
목적：탐토섬유담도경연합화격광치료PCNL술후잔석적유효성화안전성。방법회고성분석강서성의춘시인민의원근1년래채용섬유담도경치료PCNL술후잔석21례자료，통과영상학검사평개잔석청제정황。결과21례환자중，12례일차성취진결석（점57.14%），5례분량차취진결석，4례잔석미취진，총청제솔위80.95%。결론섬유담도경연합화격광능처리대부분PCNL술후잔석，치득림상추엄。
Objective To investigate the effect and safety of ifber choledochoscope and Holium laser lithotripsy in treating residual calculi after percutaneous nephrolithotomy. Method Retrospective analysis of Yichun People's Hospital of Jiangxi province in recent years by fiber choledochoscope in the treatment of 21 cases ofresidual stones after PCNL data, inspection and evaluation of residual stone clearance by image. Results There were 12 cases in 21 cases(57.14%)whose residual calculi were cleared completely in one time. 5 cases were cleared for twice. 4 cases were failure. The removal rate of calculi was 80.95%. Conclusion The actuality proves that the ifber choledochoscope and Holium laser lithotripsy in treating residual calculi after percutaneous nephrolithotomy is safe and feasible in technique, it is worthy to be popularized.
