介绍台湾技职院校师资队伍的特点，分析台湾教育部门和技职院校在发展双师型教师队伍建设中所制定的制度和采取的具体措施，结合大陆高职院校双师队伍建设现状，建议大陆应借鉴台湾，在完善教师评聘制度、凸显教师进修实践性、实现产教一体化、推广职业资格考证制度方面做出努力。
介紹檯灣技職院校師資隊伍的特點，分析檯灣教育部門和技職院校在髮展雙師型教師隊伍建設中所製定的製度和採取的具體措施，結閤大陸高職院校雙師隊伍建設現狀，建議大陸應藉鑒檯灣，在完善教師評聘製度、凸顯教師進脩實踐性、實現產教一體化、推廣職業資格攷證製度方麵做齣努力。
개소태만기직원교사자대오적특점，분석태만교육부문화기직원교재발전쌍사형교사대오건설중소제정적제도화채취적구체조시，결합대륙고직원교쌍사대오건설현상，건의대륙응차감태만，재완선교사평빙제도、철현교사진수실천성、실현산교일체화、추엄직업자격고증제도방면주출노력。
The article introduces the characteristics of the teaching staff in some vocational and technical colleges in Taiwan first. Then come the concrete measures the Taiwan Educational Department takes in developing the Double-Qualified teachers, after that, the author offers some pieces of advice, based on the current situations, to improve the teachers’ abilities in some vocational colleges in the mainland, concerning how to perfect the evaluation and appointment mechanism, how to offer the teachers further study, highlighting the integration of production and education, how to popularize the professional certificate examination.
