高职院校学生质量评价的问题已经受到人们的广泛关注，要么由学校评价学生的质量，要么由用人单位或第三方评价机构来评价，其评价指标体系有失偏颇。今构建了由学校评价与社会评价相结合的学生评价指标体系及其权重，给出了学生质量评价的相关载体和实施过程。

The problem how to evaluate the students in vocational colleges has been caused widespread concern. It is biased to evaluate the students only by the school, by the employer, or by the third parties. In this paper we construct a new evaluation index system which integrates the school’s and social evaluation system, including the weight relations between the indicators, and give the implementation process.
