基于旅行商问题的数学规划模型，首先设计了一条贯穿武汉市洪山区10所高校间的公交线路，然后从效率性和公平性的角度，通过期望分析确定了该线路所需要的司机人数，以司机月工作班次方差和月工作时长方差最小为目标，建立了多目标优化模型，最后利用计算机模拟对模型进行了求解，确定了该公交线路的月度排班方案。

In this paper , we first design the bus route throughout ten universities in Hongshan District of Wuhan by building TSP model .Then from the perspective of efficiency and fairness , we determine the number of drivers required for the line through the expectation analysis and establish the multi-objective optimization model on the basis of minimizing the variance of working shifts and working hours every month .Finally, we use computer simulation to solve it and determine the monthly scheduling scheme of bus lines .
