本研究针对河北省邯郸市农户开展了题为农户种植行为与低碳种植意愿的问卷调查，发现农户对化肥、农药、农膜以及农用机械的高度依赖是影响低碳农业发展的主要因素；区域经济发展水平和农户受教育水平显著影响农户对低碳种植的认知与意愿；不了解低碳种植技术、缺乏政策支持、低碳种植成本高和农户对传统种植的偏好是阻碍农户选择低碳种植的重要原因。
본연구침대하북성함단시농호개전료제위농호충식행위여저탄충식의원적문권조사，발현농호대화비、농약、농막이급농용궤계적고도의뢰시영향저탄농업발전적주요인소；구역경제발전수평화농호수교육수평현저영향농호대저탄충식적인지여의원；불료해저탄충식기술、결핍정책지지、저탄충식성본고화농호대전통충식적편호시조애농호선택저탄충식적중요원인。
This research conducted a questionnaire survey entitled with planting behavior and low-carbon planting willingness in Handan, Hebei Province. It found that farmers were highly dependent on fertilizer, pesticides, agricultural iflms and agricultural machinery, which were the main factors inlfuencing the low carbon agricultural development;The economic development level and the farmers' educational level significantly affected farmers' cognition and intention on low-carbon planting;Knowing nothing about low-carbon planting technology, lacking of policy support, high cost of low carbon planting and preference of farmers to the traditional cultivation were the main reasons to hamper the farmers to choose low-carbon planting.
