以硅酸钠、硫酸镁和硫酸铝为原料,制备出聚硅酸硫酸铝镁(PAMSS)絮凝剂,将其用于对染料废水的脱色研究.结果表明,SiO2浓度为0.3mol/L ,硅酸活化pH=3,活化时间30min ,n (Mg)∶ n(Si)=1.25,n(Al)∶ n(Si)=0.5时,其对活性染料脱色率可达到90%以上.实际废水处理结果表明,PAMSS处理印染废水具有良好的脱色效果,是一种高效的无机高分子絮凝剂.

이규산납、류산미화류산려위원료,제비출취규산류산려미(PAMSS)서응제,장기용우대염료폐수적탈색연구.결과표명,SiO2농도위0.3mol/L ,규산활화pH=3,활화시간30min ,n (Mg)∶ n(Si)=1.25,n(Al)∶ n(Si)=0.5시,기대활성염료탈색솔가체도90%이상.실제폐수처리결과표명,PAMSS처리인염폐수구유량호적탈색효과,시일충고효적무궤고분자서응제.
The polysilicate magnesium sulfate (PAMSS) flocculant was prepared through sodium sili-cate ,magnesium sulfate and aluminum sulfate as raw materials and it was used for decolorization stud-ies .The results showed that the best condition was 0.3mol/L SiO2 concentration ,pH=3(silicic acid ac-tivated) ,30min activation time ,n(Mg)∶ n(Si)=1.25 ,n(Al)∶ n(Si)=0.5 .Its decolorization rate of re-active dye could reach over 90% .The experimental results indicated the decolorized effect of dyeing wastewater is good if PAMSS was used .PAMSS is a highly efficient inorganic polymer flocculant .
