目的：对癫痫患者生活质量及家庭生活满意度的相关性研究。方法选择在我院神经内科住院且确诊为癫痫50例患者，实施以“家庭为中心”的综合护理，并跟踪干预半年，采用成人癫痫患者生活质量量表-31中文版（QOLIE-31-中文版）、生活满意度指数B（LSIB）自评量表于干预前、干预后3个月、干预后6个月分别对患者及其家庭主要成员进行生活质量和家庭生活满意度测评，了解癫痫患者生活质量及其家庭生活满意度。结果干预后癫痫患者生活质量、患者及家属生活满意度指数明显提高（P＜0．05），干预后6个月较干预后3个月高（P＜0．05），差异有显著意义。结论癫痫患者的生活质量与家庭成员生活满意度呈密切相关，通过护理干预能提高癫痫患者的生活质量及生活满意度指数，并提高其家庭主要成员生活满意度。
목적：대전간환자생활질량급가정생활만의도적상관성연구。방법선택재아원신경내과주원차학진위전간50례환자，실시이“가정위중심”적종합호리，병근종간예반년，채용성인전간환자생활질량량표-31중문판（QOLIE-31-중문판）、생활만의도지수B（LSIB）자평량표우간예전、간예후3개월、간예후6개월분별대환자급기가정주요성원진행생활질량화가정생활만의도측평，료해전간환자생활질량급기가정생활만의도。결과간예후전간환자생활질량、환자급가속생활만의도지수명현제고（P＜0．05），간예후6개월교간예후3개월고（P＜0．05），차이유현저의의。결론전간환자적생활질량여가정성원생활만의도정밀절상관，통과호리간예능제고전간환자적생활질량급생활만의도지수，병제고기가정주요성원생활만의도。
Objective To study on the correlation between the quality of life and their family life satisfaction for patients with epilepsy .Method 50 cases of confirmed in-patient in neurology of our hospital was selected and given the family-centered comprehensive care intervention and tracked the intervention for six months .The quality of life in adult patients with epilepsy Scale -31 Chinese version (QOLIE-31-Chinese edition) ,Life satisfaction index B (LSIB) self-rating scale was used for self evaluated the quality of life for patients with epilepsy and their families liv-ing satisfaction 3 months ,6 months after the intervention respectively to understand the quality of life for patients with epilepsy and their families living satisfaction .Result The quality of life for patients with epilepsy and their fami-lies life satisfaction index was significantly increased after the intervention (P< 0 .05) .the intervention effect 6 months after the intervention was better than that of three-month after the intervention . There was significant difference between the two intervention group (P<0 .05) .Conclusion The quality of life for patients with epilepsy and family members was positively correlated with life satisfaction .The quality of life and life satisfaction index for patients with epilepsy and their key families members can be improved by nursing interventions .
