本文采用甲醇、乙醇、乙酸乙酯和水4种溶剂提取黄香楝树皮中的活性成分,Folin-Ciocalteu法测定提取物中的总酚含量,甲醇、乙醇提取物中酚类活性成分含量较高,总酚含量分别为58.59、50.47mg·g-1。采用DPPH自由基清除法、邻二氮菲-Fe2+氧化法、过氧化氢清除法、还原力法、磷钼络合物法等5种抗氧化性测定方法研究提取物的抗氧化活性,乙醇提取物浓度为1.0mg·mL-1时,对 DPPH、·OH、H2 O2的清除率均大于90%,对DPPH、·OH、H2 O2的IC50值分别为234.2、555.2、60.1μg·mL-1。

본문채용갑순、을순、을산을지화수4충용제제취황향련수피중적활성성분,Folin-Ciocalteu법측정제취물중적총분함량,갑순、을순제취물중분류활성성분함량교고,총분함량분별위58.59、50.47mg·g-1。채용DPPH자유기청제법、린이담비-Fe2+양화법、과양화경청제법、환원역법、린목락합물법등5충항양화성측정방법연구제취물적항양화활성,을순제취물농도위1.0mg·mL-1시,대 DPPH、·OH、H2 O2적청제솔균대우90%,대DPPH、·OH、H2 O2적IC50치분별위234.2、555.2、60.1μg·mL-1。
The antioxidant activities of Hesperethusa crenulata bark extracts from methanol,ethanol,ethyl acetate and aqueous were investigated in this assay. The total polyphenolic contents of the extracts were evaluated,using the Folin-Ciocalteu method. The poly-phenolic contents of methanol and ethanol extracts were higher compared to ethyl acetate and aqueous extracts,which were 58. 59、50. 47mg·g-1 ,respectively. The antioxidant and free radical scavenging activities of extracts of the plant were also assessed against 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl(DPPH),10-phenanthroline-Fe2+ oxidative assay of hydroxyl radical scavenging activity,hydrogen peroxide-scavenging activity,reducing power and phosphomolybdenum method. The results indicated that the scavenging abilities of ethanol extract on DPPH,·OH、H2 O2 were above 90%at the concentration of 1. 0mg·mL-1 . The IC50 of the ethanol extract on DPPH, ·OH,H2 O2 scavenging activities were 234. 2、555. 2、60. 1μg·mL-1 .
