当前高职网球课程改革虽取得了可喜成果,但还远不能达到改革创新的要求,其根本原因在于所有的网球课程改革,都是建立在以行政为主、权利高度集中的旧体育课程管理体制上。体育教师作为体育课程最重要的主体和决策者被游离在体育课程管理之外。基于创业园视角的高职网球课程管理改革就是打破长期以来体育课程管理行政集权制,引进创业团队,实行学科带头人负责制,全面整合学校的网球课程资源,为学校网球课程教学、训练和竞赛提供最优的服务。同时,也为学生创业教育提供一个实践的平台。
