结肠癌转移相关基因1(metastasis-associated in colon cancer-1,MACC1)是一个在多种恶性肿瘤中调控肿瘤生长和转移的重要基因.MACC1通过调控肝细胞生长因子(hepatocyte growth factor,HGF)/间质向上皮转化因子(mesenchymal-epithelial transition factor,c-Met)信号通路诱导上皮向间质转化(epithelial-mesenchymal transition,EMT),促进肿瘤细胞的迁移、浸润和转移.因此,本文将MACC1、HGF/c-Met和EMT三者结合在一起,探索三者与肿瘤侵袭转移的相关性.
